| Something different to end the year - the term "double lateral" refers
to a type of stroke used by percussionists. New Zealand's well-known Jeremy
Fitzsimons and Canadian Kristie Ibrahim have performed together since meeting
at an international marimba seminar in 1997. For this Chamber Music New Zealand
tour they will play an amazing variety of music for vibraphone and marimba
by composers as diverse as Bach, Piazzolla, Gareth Farr and John Psathas.
